Resolutions
Now, for my 2008 resolutions:
I hope everyone has a great and prosperous New Year! I plan to spend the rest of today and tomorrow watching the Twilight Zone marathon on Sci-Fi.
I'm going to try something new here in honor of the holiday season...going 25 days without ranting, beginning this Saturday, December 1. The goal is to write one post every day about something good that happened or something I like, whether it be something deep and meaningful or something superficial, but I'm not trying to delude myself into thinking I'll actually post every day. So, don't adjust your monitors; Jenny G is going to try niceness out for a change.
I've been out of the groove for the past week or so and am now just getting back in. Hopefully I'll be a little better at updating LG&E.

How did I do on my resolutions from last year?

Ok, I've finally decided. I'm going to go for my MS in Library Science at Clarion University. I chose Clarion because MSLS programs are few and far between. The only schools in PA are Clarion, Drexel, and Pitt, none of which are within driving distance. Drexel's program isn't what I want and Pitt doesn't have an online program. The University of Maryland also has a program, and it's within driving distance from York (which doesn't help as I'm working in Harrisburg), but the school itself is more expensive and it'll be even more since I'm out of state. Clarion has an online program and a satellite campus in Harrisburg. Labels: grad school, self-help
