Were the guys outside the church on their cell phones calling the police?
I couldn't tell what he was saying but it was funny nonetheless.
What was he yelling? He's obviously mentally disturbed...make sure you keep your doors locked! Ack!
He was yelling gibberish. I assumed they were calling the police, but they never came.
It sounds as if he is speaking in tongues, telling the church people that the end is near. Made perfect sense to me!

Here in Kenosha, we would call that a "Keningo." It's a little game we play based on people displaying inappropriate behavior/clothing/etc. of varying degrees of messed-up-ness. He would probably be an instant winner.
Looks a little crazy to me.
