Quickies

According to the latest Entertainment Weekly, Rainn Wilson was a finalist for the role of GOB in Arrested Development. I'm glad he didn't get it. He's not GOB material, and then we wouldn't have had him as Dwight.

I finished The Da Vinci Code last night. I couldn't put it down...because I couldn't wait to finish it!

The sun was out today!

Ummm, that's pretty much it! Not too much going on.

I almost bought the book at Costco for $4, but I didn't after all. I couldn't remember what you had said about it, if you liked it or not, so I decided to buy Friends Season 2, instead. :)

Woo hoo! Quickies! I mean, I second that about Rainn Wilson. I'm looking for him to win the Emmy for supporting in a comedy (nominations to be announced in July). Plus, I found out that my friend's husband knows him from working at the Guthrie Theatre in Minneapolis. Must work that connection...

You can have my sunshine. This heat ain't nothing nice. Interesting how one part of the country is under water and another part is burning up ... literally.

Good choice, Feather!

Nomad, that's awesome! And hopefully you can use that connection to meet J.Kras!

March, the subject matter was interesting, but I thought the writing was terrible.

Renee, it hasn't been that hot here, but the humidity has been around 70-80%. YUCK!

GOB stands for George Oscar Bluth. He's played by Will Arnet. It was cancelled, but some networks are looking at picking it up.
